Case study / Client website and AI automation
Lingote, a translation website rebuilt to be found and to take orders.
A redesign of lingote.ee for a sworn translation service in Tallinn, with a content management system, a form for sending documents to translate, and new copy in Estonian, English and Russian.
The brief
The old website needed a new design. It also needed to be easier to find, both in search engines and in the AI assistants people now ask when they look for a translator.
There was no way to send a document for translation from the site itself, and there was no content management system behind the pages.
What was built
A new design. The hero opens with an animation of Tallinn photographs overlaid on each other, so the first screen places the service in the city it works in.
A document form. Clients can upload the files they need translated and send them straight from the site.
A content management system. The site had none before. Pages can now be edited through the CMS.
New copy in three languages. The text was rewritten in Estonian, English and Russian.
SEO and GEO. The pages were rebuilt for search engines and for generative engines, the AI tools that answer questions directly, so the service can show up in both.
Security. The site's security was improved as part of the rebuild.
AI automation
Beyond the website. Sensoramo advised Lingote on where AI could take over the routine work of running a translation business.
What runs on it now. Ads are created with AI. Translation jobs are managed through automation, and so are other day to day operations. Lingote put it in place and it works.
