What this site keeps about you.

Very little. Your enquiry if you send one, and analytics and ad measurement only if you say yes to them.

Who we are

Sensoramo OÜ, registry code 14422555, Tulika tn 62-9, Kristiine linnaosa, 13426 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. We decide how the data below is used. For anything on this page, write to info@sensoramo.com.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form sends us your name, email, company, what you need, budget band, timeline and message. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal if you want one. That is the legal basis too: taking steps you asked for before a possible contract.

Enquiries are emailed to our inbox at info@sensoramo.com. A backup copy sits in Cloudflare Workers KV and is deleted automatically 24 months after you send it. Ask and we will delete yours sooner, in both places.

When you book a call

The contact page shows a booking calendar from Cal.com. It loads from Cal.com's servers, so they see your IP address and browser like any site you visit. If you book, Cal.com receives the name, email and notes you enter and sends both of us the invitation. We use these details to hold the call. The legal basis is the same as for the form: steps you asked for before a possible contract.

Spam protection

The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form. To stop floods, we also count submissions per IP address for one hour, then the count is deleted. Both rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Analytics and ad measurement

Every page loads the Google tag, which runs Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Until you click Accept it works without cookies. It stores nothing in your browser and sends Google only a short signal when a page is viewed, an enquiry is sent or a call is booked, along with your browser type and the IP address every web request carries. Google uses these signals to estimate, in aggregate, the visits and enquiries it can't measure directly.

If you click Accept, Google Analytics also records the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you arrived. We use it to see which pages people read. Google keeps this data for 2 months. Google signals are switched off.

Accepting also turns on Google Ads conversion measurement. If you reached us through one of our Google ads and then send the contact form or book a call, Google Ads records that an enquiry happened and, for the form, which budget band you picked, so we can tell which ads bring in work. Your browser also sends Google a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy of your email address. Google uses it only to match the enquiry to the ad click when cookies alone can't, for example if you saw the ad on your phone and wrote to us from a laptop. Google gets nothing else you wrote in the form. Ad personalisation stays off, so we never use this to follow you around with ads.

If you reject, or never choose, the tag stays in that cookieless mode. You can change your answer at any time:

Cookies and storage

_ga and _ga_DVWH9DM5QQ: Google Analytics cookies that tell one visit from another. Set only after you accept, and kept up to 2 years unless you reject later, which deletes them.

_gcl_au and _gcl_aw: Google Ads cookies that link an enquiry to the ad click that brought you. Set only after you accept, and kept up to 90 days unless you reject later, which deletes them.

consent: stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice for 12 months. Needed for the banner to work, so it needs no consent.

pulse-wipe: stored in your browser tab for a moment to play the page transition. Gone when the tab closes.

Turnstile on the contact page may store its own short-lived data to do its security check. The Cal.com calendar may store its own data to run the booking.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, so every request passes through its network and its logs. Microsoft hosts our email. Google runs Analytics and Ads. Cal.com runs call booking. All four are US companies and may process data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to take it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings button. Write to info@sensoramo.com and a person will answer within a month.

If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.
